X-100^TM is effective as an odor neutralant for treatment of odors caused by fire, tobacco smoke, mold and mildew, it is used on carpets, bedspreads, upholstery, draperies, clothing and can be used safely on hard, porous or fibrous materials.

X-100^TM is a concentrated water-based contact odor neutralant and deodorizer.  It can be used full strength or diluted as necessary and effectively netralizes odors on contact.

X-100^TM is non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally safe.  It is easy to use and can be applied with airless sprayers, carpet/upholstery cleaners as well as standard wash-down methods.
