All our machines are designed to be used in tandem with our custom blended, application specific medias. Hazardous wastes are stabilized in non -leachable Inorganic solid matrix. Ion Exchange is a best manufacturing practices (BMP) suggested by the EPA for removal of most heavy metals. Our machines reduce waste stream volume and disposal costs. Typically after testing, media can be disposed of as contaminated non-hazardous waste and disposed of in a title D or municipal waste site as contaminated non hazardous waste.

The FS-15 is a closed loop system ideal for small batches of waste water that may contain high levels of sediment, metal particles or heavy solids with emulsified/suspended oil or fuel residues and dissolved heavy metals. This machine is for smaller applications and can also be configured with carbon to filter organics depending on the application.

The FS-55- is a fully automated duel tank system which treats a given volume or batch of untreated waste. An on board electronic control panel provides a programming interface and monitors real time tank pressure, remaining treatment time, total gallons processed and flow rate. This machine is an inexpensive, portable, fully automatic solution for Military, Municipal and State D.O.T.'s, or any industry, which carts small amounts of liquid heavy metal and hydrocarbon wastes

The FS-MIDI is an in line type system. Wastewater is processed through the chambers at a nominal flow rate (Max. Approximately 15 gpm) and then discharged. Like the FS-55 the Midi offers two treatment chambers for maximum efficiency and application flexibility. The standard treatment is further enhanced by the addition of an activated carbon filtration module as a finish polish on the wastewater. There are also other options that can enhance this system including a UV lamp to kill biologicals and an attachment that balances Ph. This machine is typically moved with a forklift.

Pureflow IG-4 Filtration/Collections system is a cost effective method of collecting and neutralizing runoff of hydrocarbons, insulating fluids and heavy metals commonly associated with ground based transformers or similar ground equipment. The IG-4 unit incorporates a baffling system with our ion exchange media filtering out contaminates including PCB's. This sturdy PVC/stainless steel system is designed for easy installation and sold by the foot. The media is in sox for easy replacement.
